Join us to celebrate the passing of one year and the beginning of another.  We will take the strain and organise your Hogmanay Party. 

Monday 31 December 2012

Check in to the hotel any time after 3 pm. Now there is just time to get your glad rags on for a Birnam Hotel Cocktail the Foyer, which starts at 6.30 pm.  Our resident piper will call all guests to dinner in the Baronial Hall at 7.15 pm.  Dinner will be served at 7.30 pm.  Following dinner, the party begins with the Bridge of Earn Ceilidh Band.  Remember to charge your glasses for the bells and the final sound of the bagpipes.  A hot soup served will be served in the foyer at the end of the evening.

Tuesday 1st January 2013

HAPPY NEW YEAR!  Rise late this morning as breakfast will be served in the Oak Restaurant from 10-11.30 am.  After breakfast, the rest of the day is at your disposal.  This is a great chance to explore the wonderful Perthshire scenery - or why not take part in our fun treasure hunt?  Prizes will be awarded.  Dinner this evening will be served in the Oak Restaurant, along with a complimentary glass of house wine.  (Table reservation advised)

All offers are subject to change and availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. The hotels normal booking condition will apply. Single supplement charges of £15 per night will apply.

Hogmanay Package requires a £50 deposit per room booked (non-refundable) at the time of booking.  Party night deposit is £10 pp.  The final payment is to be made in full at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival date.  Any further balances outstanding will be payable in full upon departure.  The prices quoted are per person, based on two persons sharing a room and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are subject to alteration, should the rate of VAT change. The Birnam Hotel will be under no liability for any loss, damage or injury to the client's property or the property of the client's guests.   You will be liable tor the cost of repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the hotel premises by negligence, wilful act or default of any person invited by you or on your behalf to the hotel.  You will be advised to arrange holiday cancellation insurance.Alcoholic beverages of any kind are not permitted to be brought into the hotel by guests or clients unless this has been previously agreed in writing.  In all cases, a corkage charge will be made. The Birnam Hotel is located in Birnam in the heart of beautiful Perthshire.  It is surrounded by stunning countryside and many woodland walks.  All bedrooms are en-suite and are located on either the ground, first or second floor.  All rooms are accessible via lift.  Please note that we do not currently have disabled facilities.
