Cervera Apartment is in a lovely recently renovated block next to Puerto Pollensa square and a short distance from the beach and pine walk. It has 2 twin bedrooms, fully equipped walk in wet room, utility area, lounge/dining/ kitchen. Located on the first floor, the apartment has a lovely balcony, perfect for watching the world go by. There is a stunning marble entrance with lift access. The apartment is also suitable for the less mobile.
The picturesque resort of Puerto Pollensa lies on the northern tip of Majorca and is surrounded by the spectacular Boquer mountains. The apartment is only two minutes walk from the beach, the square and the main Pine Walk area. It is particularly popular amongst couples and families alike as it offers a very safe environment. Much of the resort is pedestrianised.
Facilities: the apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer, toaster, etc. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and drying area. Also provided are satellite TV and air conditioning/heating. The apartment boasts a video intercom system, accessible balcony and secure private lobby entrance. Parking is free and available on the street right outside the apartment. There is a weekly cleaning service.
