- Dinner supplement is £20 per person per night
- For a third person on Bed & Breakfast add £22 per night
- We do offer promotional rates throughout the year but only a few rooms are allocated to these
Birnam Hotel
Please note that we operate a
NO SMOKING POLICY
in all areas of the hotel including guest bedrooms
While we accept dogs there will be a £10 per dog nightly charge
(please note that we only have three rooms allocated for this)
Children aged 0yr - 14yrs will be charged £2 per year of age
when sharing their parents room
Children using their own room will be charged full rate
Check in time is 3.00pm Check out time is 11.00am
Guests who require to check in before the advertised time are advised
to book the room for the prior day as access to the room
WILL NOT be guaranteed prior to the advertised times
All bookings require a non-refundable booking deposit of £25 per room
Guests bringing their own wine into the hotel will be charge £9 per bottle corkage
Rates quoted are per room per night
All prices are based on two persons sharing a twin or double room
* Family room price based on two adults plus two children aged under 14yrs
* Family suite based on two adults, two children under 14yrs plus baby
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the rate of 17.5%
All prices are subject to change and availability without prior notice
Rooms are en-suite with either bath/shower or shower only
Limited rooms are available on the ground floor, all other rooms
are accessible via lift to the first and second floor
